The company is accredited for quality system as per ISO 9001:2000 and product approval according to PED and AD Merkblatt WO/TRD 100 And IBR Will Known. We are also O.E.M. service provider, who manufactures castings by Investment (Lost Wax) Process, Shell Process and CO₂ Molding Process for Steel, Alloy Steel and Super Alloy metal grades. Our production Capacity is 700 metric tones/annum and job handling capacity from few grams to 160 kg single piece. The company can take up the capacity of weight range from 40 gm to 65 kg for Investment casting and 2 kg to 160 kg for Sand casting per single piece component. With a well automated production facility, we score high on quality & export our products in countries like Germany, USA, UK, & Gulf Countries. We have in-house NDT / Test facilities which help us in maintaining the superior quality of the products through various quality procedures.

Infrastructure

We have robust infrastructural setup which helps us in fulfilling the bulk orders on time. We use latest technology to ascertain that our products are the best in the market and deliver the quality output. To develop the best products, we have various facilities for specific processes. Manufacturing Facility
Set of Wax injection presses capable to produce 30 MT of Investment casting per month and all other allied shelling equipments to process same within lead time.

Shell / Sand Process
Set of Semi Automatic (with PLC based controls) Electro-pneumatic Shell Molding equipments like Molding m/c, Core Shooter, Fuser etc capable of producing 30 MT casting per month is available.

Melting Pouring
Set of Induction Melting furnace, 175 kw power control panel and 2 no of Crucible; 2 no of 300 kg and 1 no of 100 kg capacity is available with all the allied accessories in well maintained condition

Fettling Heat Treatment

In addition to these processes, we use following latest machines to manufacture Stainless Steel & Super Duplex St. Steel Casting:
